Lincoln Park 2018 LB/DE/OG Matt Welch-Phillips received his first offer on Sunday afternoon from Concordia-Ann Arbor.

Welch-Phillips had a huge senior season on the defensive side of the ball for the Railsplitters despite finishing with a 2-7 record. Welch-Phillips finished with 103 tackles, 17 sacks, and 10 deflected passes.

Welch-Phillips visited CUAA in late October.
