Lenawee Christian's Freshman Bree Salenbien hits game-winning basket in overtime to advance to State Finals (Story)

Bree Salenbien nailed the game-winning shot with 3 seconds left to lift Lenawee Christian over Sacred Heart Academy in the Class D semi-final game.

The game was a back and forth game, where neither team could build a lead.

The game came down to the wire when Bree Salenbien made one of two free throws to send the game into overtime at the end of regulation.

Lenawee Christian will move on to play UP team, Chassell on Saturday at 10 am for a chance to be crowned the Class D State Champion.
