8/23/2017: At one point early in his high school career, Carey was only interested in basketball. Things changed quickly for the long and lengthy DB who following a nice junior season received some pretty heavy interest from colleges.
College interest: Once his junior season ended, Carey received 3 offers and committed to Western Michigan who was the latest school to offer him.
