The Bloomfield Hills Cranbrook Cranes defeat the Madison Heights Bishop Foley Ventures 66-41 in Friday night prep action.
Cranbrook defeated Bishop Foley 66-41 in a CHSL Intersectional I matchup last night.
Senior forward Jordan Roebuck led the Cranes with 16 points, while junior guard Cam Garner added in 14 points in the win. Senior forward Sam Hauxwell and junior Bryce Hall also put in 12 points and 10 points, respectively.
Junior guard Joey Kennedy had 16 points for the Ventures.
With score even at 21-21 at the half, Cranbrook went on a torrid run in the second half to separate from Bishop Foley. Even with good three-point shooting from the Ventures, the Cranes found easy shots and converted on fast break opportunities.
“We played a good second half against a good team. We were able to finish the game strong,” said Cranbrook Head Coach Shane Finney.
The road victory moves Cranbrook to 9-4, while Bishop Foley falls to 2-10 on the season.
The Cranes will now face Royal Oak Shrine on the road in another CHSL divisional matchup. The game will be held Friday at 7:30 p.m. on the Shrine campus.
